RITQ leads the Development of the Curriculum Unpacking Resource Guide for the Reframed Pre-Service Teacher Education Curriculum

RITQ has successfully facilitated the Development Writeshop for the Curriculum Unpacking Resource Guide under the Reframed Pre-Service Teacher Education Curriculum project last April 27-28, 2026, at the City Garden Suites Manila. Representatives from the different Curriculum Development Teams (CDTs) actively extended their expertise as writers to develop practical reference documents for designing various materials for curriculum diffusion and capacity enhancement activities, including professional learning modules, explainer videos, and related publications and training materials.
The writeshop was followed by an asynchronous validation process to ensure the coherence of the materials and their intended purpose. Feedback from the validators was systematically documented using a validation tool to guide revisions and to finalize the resource guide.
Before developing the resource guides, an online onboarding session was held on April 24, 2026, with selected CDT writers and validators from various Teacher Education Institutions to explain the purpose, scope, timeline, and expectations of the activity.
RITQ continues its next steps in finalizing capacity-enhancement materials to support the Teacher Education Council-led reframed pre-service teacher education curriculum.
